Glad Sheila is back! Had an issue with the key card and elevator. Sheila went out of her way to walk up the stairs after the second time with no success. Nice hotel but starting to have issues. Always clean and great customer service.
The service at the service counter was great! ... Aside from the fact that no one was ever there, lol. Each time I visited the front desk, I waited at least 5 minutes for someone to show up and help. The beds are very comfortable, and the room is very spacey. The only complaint I had was that the TV could be a little bigger.
A very nice hotel! Across the street from Wal-Mart, next to Perkins, and a 7 minute drive to Virginia. Nice staff, and they have a hot tub. I would stay here again.
Absolutely amazing! It's not cheap but most places are charging similar rates. Bed was like a cloud with choice of 4 pillows. Room was immaculate and well decorated. Bathroom had granite countertops and shower. The shower head is something I want in my house. Room was perfectly quiet with solid doors and windows. Full breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, cinnamon rolls and coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful. Won't ever stay anywhere else when I'm in Virginia MN.
